Quick answers before you book

Do the prices include tax?

Yes, 8% VAT is included and no tip is expected. Minutes are time in the room with your therapist, including a 5-minute talk at the start.

Can I choose my therapist?

Yes. Pick a named therapist, or "female", "male" or "any". We never swap the person you chose without calling first.

Is my booking confirmed straight away?

Requests stay pending. The front desk calls or messages on Zalo to confirm within opening hours, within 30 minutes if the start is less than 3 hours away.

When is a deposit needed?

No deposit for one person and a session up to 120 minutes. 30% for packages of 135 minutes or more and any booking for two; it counts against the bill.

How do I change or cancel?

Change or cancel free until 12 hours before (6 hours for card holders). Inside 12 hours, half the deposit is kept. No-show: the whole deposit is kept. Call 0900 000 005, message on Zalo, or use the link in your confirmation.

What if I am late?

Up to 15 minutes late, the session still ends at the booked time unless no one is after you. More than 30 minutes late counts as a cancellation.
