Hân opened Lụa Spa in 2023 after twelve years of skin care work in Ho Chi Minh City, two of them in a hotel spa. She is the founder, and she is also the therapist who does every facial at the spa.

How she works

Hân keeps a notebook with a page for each client. It records what you like: how warm the towel should be, how firm her hands are on your face, the cream you preferred, anywhere you would rather not be touched. It does not list skin “problems”. When you come back she reads your page first, so the five-minute talk at the start is usually just about how your skin feels today.

She works slowly, on the same four-second breath the whole spa keeps. She asks before changing the pressure or the warmth. She does no extractions and uses no machines, and she will tell you plainly when a question belongs with a doctor rather than a spa.

The sessions she does

  • Facials: gentle cleanse, 60 minutes (790,000 VND); deep hydration, 75 minutes (1,090,000 VND); calming facial, 60 minutes (890,000 VND); and the 45-minute face massage (590,000 VND), which Chi also does.
  • The Still package (Gói Tĩnh): the 75-minute deep hydration facial, before Hằng or Tài does the 90-minute body massage.

Hân also writes the journal pieces on facials, gift cards and memberships, among them what a 60-minute facial looks like.

Working days

Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 to 21:30. She is off on Mondays, so the only facial on a Monday is the face massage with Chi.
