How the 90 minutes are spent
Minutes are time in the room with your therapist, including a 5-minute talk at the start.
- Pressure and areas first5 minYour therapist asks whether you want medium, lighter or firmer pressure, where you feel heavy today and anywhere you would rather not be touched.
- Back and shoulders25 minYou lie face down. Base oil (unscented massage oil) on the back, shoulders and sides, medium pressure, slow pace.
- Backs of the legs20 minThighs, calves and soles, one side at a time. The rest of you stays under a towel.
- Fronts of the legs and feet15 minYou turn onto your back. Front of the thighs, shins, tops of the feet and toes.
- Arms and hands15 minUpper arms, forearms, palms and each finger.
- Neck, shoulders and scalp10 minNeck and shoulders worked from above your head, then a few minutes on the scalp. You sit up slowly.
The relaxing body massage is the standard massage at Lụa Spa, in two lengths: 60 minutes for 690,000 VND or 90 minutes for 890,000 VND. Both prices include 8% VAT and no tip is expected. The minutes are time in the room, including a five-minute talk at the start.
How the 90 minutes go
The steps above are the 90-minute version: back and shoulders first, then legs, arms, and finally neck and scalp. Medium pressure and an unscented base oil. If you would like a scent, the essential oil massage lets you pick lemongrass, pomelo or jasmine.
What the 60 minutes leave out
The 60-minute session does the back and legs first and stops there: after the five-minute talk, about 30 minutes on the back and shoulders and 25 on the legs. No arms, no fronts of the legs, no neck and scalp at the end.
We make no promises about your body afterwards. Clients often say their shoulders feel lighter; that is as far as we go.

- Pregnant: we do not take body massage. A herbal hair wash, foot soak or face massage is fine.
- An open wound or broken skin: tell us when booking; the therapist avoids that area or the front desk suggests another session.
- You react to oils: tick that box when booking and the front desk will call before confirming.
- Back or neck pain that lasts: please see a doctor. This massage is for relaxing, not a replacement for a check-up.

60 or 90 minutes?
60 minutes covers the back and legs, with most of the time on the back. 90 minutes is full body: arms, fronts of the legs, neck and scalp as well. The difference is 200,000 VND (690,000 against 890,000 VND).
Can I ask for a male or female therapist?
Yes. Hằng (female) works Monday to Saturday, Tài (male) Wednesday to Sunday. Choose a name, male or female, or any. We never swap the person you chose without calling first.
Is there a card for several visits?
Yes. The Five Counts card (Thẻ Năm Nhịp) is five 90-minute sessions for 3,800,000 VND, so 760,000 VND a visit instead of 890,000 VND, valid for 6 months.
