Is VAT included, can I pick a male or female therapist, what can I book when pregnant, does the spa inject or use lasers, how gift cards work. Short answers.
Do the prices include tax?
Yes, 8% VAT is included and no tip is expected. Minutes are time in the room with your therapist, including a 5-minute talk at the start.
Can I choose my therapist?
Yes. Pick a named therapist, or "female", "male" or "any". We never swap the person you chose without calling first.
Is my booking confirmed straight away?
Requests stay pending. The front desk calls or messages on Zalo to confirm within opening hours, within 30 minutes if the start is less than 3 hours away.
When is a deposit needed?
No deposit for one person and a session up to 120 minutes. 30% for packages of 135 minutes or more and any booking for two; it counts against the bill.
How do I change or cancel?
Change or cancel free until 12 hours before (6 hours for card holders). Inside 12 hours, half the deposit is kept. No-show: the whole deposit is kept. Call 0963 929 241, message on Zalo, or use the link in your confirmation.
What if I am late?
Up to 15 minutes late, the session still ends at the booked time unless no one is after you. More than 30 minutes late counts as a cancellation.
Can I have a massage while pregnant?
We do not take body massage during pregnancy. Herbal hair wash, foot soak and face massage are fine; tick "pregnant" when booking so the front desk can call first.
Do you treat acne, lift skin or inject?
Lụa Spa offers non-invasive skin care and relaxation. We do not inject, use lasers or needling, prescribe, diagnose, or replace a doctor.
Is there a minimum age?
From 16; under 18 with a parent or guardian in the building who agrees.
How do gift cards work?
Choose 500,000, 1,000,000, 2,000,000 or 3,000,000 VND, or one named treatment. Valid 6 months for any treatment and any therapist; sent by email, Zalo or as a paper card once the transfer arrives.
Can two of us share a room?
Yes, with the For Two package in the double room: 135 minutes, 2,290,000 VND for two, a 30% deposit (687,000 VND). Bookings for two always wait for the front desk to confirm.
What are your opening hours?
Every day 10:00 to 21:30, public holidays included. Closed from the last day of the lunar year to the third day of Tết.
