How the 75 minutes are spent
Minutes are time in the room with your therapist, including a 5-minute talk at the start.
- A short talk first5 minHân asks how your skin feels after washing in the morning (tight, calm, shiny where), what you use at home and any scent you would rather avoid.
- Cleanse and warm towel15 minMake-up off if needed, a mild cleanser, then a warm towel over the face and neck.
- First mask15 minA mask over the face and neck. You lie still; Hân stays in the room and tells you before she wipes it off.
- Face and neck massage25 minThe longest part: face and neck with cream, light pressure, slow pace. About five minutes longer than in the gentle cleanse.
- Second mask10 minA second mask over the face and neck, left on while you rest.
- Moisturiser, then up slowly5 minThe mask comes off, a thin layer of moisturiser goes on and you sit up in your own time.
Deep hydration is the longest facial at Lụa Spa: 75 minutes in the room for 1,090,000 VND, 8% VAT included and no tip expected. The 75 minutes include a five-minute talk at the start.
What happens
The steps follow the gentle cleanse: cleanse, warm towel, mask, face and neck massage. Two things change. The massage runs longer, about 25 minutes, and a second mask goes on at the end. “Hydration” here describes what is done (two masks and a cream massage), not a promise about what your skin will do afterwards.
Not in it: extractions, machines, steam blown at the face, strong scrubs, injections or lasers.

Who does it
Hân, Tuesday to Sunday (she is off on Mondays). She keeps a note of what you liked so you are not asked twice.
Claire, who is French and lives in Phú Mỹ Hưng, booked deep hydration with Hân and wrote “no scent” in the note box, so Hân used unscented products for the whole session. As she put it: “I could see the price, the minutes and who would do it before I booked.” An illustrative story for a demo site; figures are made up.

- A skin condition a doctor is treating: please ask your doctor before booking any facial.
- Skin that feels warm, stingy or red when touched: the 60-minute Calming facial is the better fit.
- You react to scents: write it in the booking note and Hân will use unscented products.

How is this different from the gentle cleanse?
Same steps: cleanse, warm towel, mask, massage. Deep hydration is 15 minutes longer, with a second mask and a longer massage. The difference in price is 300,000 VND (1,090,000 against 790,000 VND).
Is it part of a package?
Yes. The Still package (Gói Tĩnh) is this facial with Hân, then a 90-minute body massage with Hằng or Tài: 165 minutes for 1,790,000 VND, 190,000 VND less than booking both separately. Packages of 135 minutes or more need a 30% deposit.
Can I use a Ten Counts card for it?
No. The Ten Counts card (Thẻ Mười Nhịp) covers single sessions up to 890,000 VND and leaves out deep hydration. A gift card works.
