You lie still; Hân stays in the room and tells you before she wipes it off. 4. **Face and neck massage**25 minThe longest part: face and neck with cream, light pressure, slow pace. About five minutes longer than in the gentle cleanse. 5. **Second mask**10 minA second mask over the face and neck, left on while you rest. 6. **Moisturiser, then up slowly**5 minThe mask comes off, a thin layer of moisturiser goes on and you sit up in your own time. The 75 minutes include a five-minute talk at the start. ## What happens The steps follow the [gentle cleanse](/en/treatments/facials/gentle-cleanse): cleanse, warm towel, mask, face and neck massage. Two things change. The massage runs longer, about 25 minutes, and a second mask goes on at the end. “Hydration” here describes what is done (two masks and a cream massage), not a promise about what your skin will do afterwards. Not in it: extractions, machines, steam blown at the face, strong scrubs, injections or lasers. Clients whose skin often feels tight after washing tend to choose this one, mostly for the extra time lying still under a mask. She keeps a note of what you liked so you are not asked twice. Same steps: cleanse, warm towel, mask, massage. Deep hydration is 15 minutes longer, with a second mask and a longer massage. The difference in price is 300,000 VND (1,090,000 against 790,000 VND). ### Is it part of a package? Yes. The Still package (Gói Tĩnh) is this facial with Hân, then a 90-minute body massage with Hằng or Tài: 165 minutes for 1,790,000 VND, 190,000 VND less than booking both separately. Packages of 135 minutes or more need a 30% deposit. ### Can I use a Ten Counts card for it? No. The Ten Counts card (Thẻ Mười Nhịp) covers single sessions up to 890,000 VND and leaves out deep hydration.
