No scrub, no steam. 3. **Unscented mask**15 minOne unscented mask over the face and neck. You lie still; Hân stays in the room and checks whether anything feels warm. 4. **Face and neck massage**20 minVery light pressure, unscented cream, a slow pace. Hân stops straight away if anything stings. 5. **Moisturiser and rest**10 minThe mask comes off, an unscented moisturiser goes on, and you lie a few more minutes before sitting up. The calming facial is a 60-minute session for 890,000 VND, with 8% VAT included and no tip expected. It is meant for people whose skin feels warm, stingy or red when something touches it. The 60 minutes include a five-minute talk at the start. ## What is in it, and what is not In it: a light cleanse, one mask, a very light face and neck massage and a moisturiser. Every product in the session is unscented. Not in it: exfoliation, steam or heat blown at the face, extractions, machines. No injections, lasers or needling. “Sensitive” here is how you describe the feeling of your skin, not the name of a condition. We do not examine or diagnose.
