Why we keep your name, phone number and health note, for how long (12 months after your last visit), and how to ask us to view, correct or delete them.

The Lụa Spa website takes booking requests and card orders. This page says what we collect, who sees it and how long we keep it.

## What we collect

When you book on the [booking page](/en/book), or through a digital assistant that uses the spa’s booking tools, we receive:

- Your name and phone number.
- An email address, if you choose to give one.
- The session, therapist, date and time you picked.
- A short note and four tick boxes about health: an open wound, a skin condition a doctor is looking after, pregnancy, reacting to scents or oils.
- Your consent for the spa to use these details to arrange the visit.

When you order a gift card or membership: the buyer’s name and phone number, an email if given, the recipient’s or card holder’s name, your message, the email address or Zalo account to send the card to, and a company name, tax ID and address if you need an invoice.

After a visit, your therapist notes your preferences in the client notebook: pressure, scents, places not to touch.

The site does not ask for an ID number, a home address or bank card details, and it takes no payment. Deposits and cards are paid by bank transfer after the front desk confirms.

## What we use it for

To hold your time with a therapist, call or message you on Zalo to confirm, remind you of the visit, send cards and issue invoices. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not use them for advertising.

## Who sees the health note

Only the therapist doing your session. The front desk sees that a booking is marked “call before confirming”, not what you ticked or wrote. Please do not put medical history, medicine names or ID numbers in the note; one short line is enough, such as “no lemongrass scent”. Anything else, tell your therapist at the start of the session.

## How long we keep it

- Name, phone, email, health note and notebook entries: 12 months after your last visit, then deleted.
- Gift card and membership records: 24 months.

## Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, and withdraw your consent. Email [contact@thenexova.com](mailto:contact@thenexova.com), call 0963 929 241 or message us on Zalo. We answer within 72 hours, and may ask about a detail of your booking to make sure the request is really from you.

## The rules we follow

We handle your details under Vietnam’s rules on personal data protection, and we treat anything about health as sensitive: we collect as little of it as we can. ## Who actually receives your details on this demo

This is a demo website built by THE NEXOVA. What you send through its forms, and any call to 0963 929 241, Zalo message or email to [contact@thenexova.com](mailto:contact@thenexova.com) from this site, reaches THE NEXOVA (thenexova.com). We use it only to get back to you, never sell or share it, and delete it when you ask at [contact@thenexova.com](mailto:contact@thenexova.com).
