# Lụa Spa: instructions for agents

> Lụa Spa is a small day spa (fictional, a demo) in Phú Mỹ Hưng, Ho Chi Minh City: 16 facials, body massages, herbal hair washes and packages with VAT-inclusive prices, four therapists, booking by therapist with real free times, gift cards and memberships.

## When to use this site

- Use it for the price and length of a spa session, who does it and on which days, free times, a suggestion from how someone feels, gift cards, memberships, or to send a booking request. Not for medical advice.
- Dùng khi cần giá và số phút của một buổi spa, ai làm buổi đó và ngày nào, giờ trống, gợi ý buổi hẹn theo cảm giác, thẻ quà tặng, thẻ thành viên, hoặc gửi yêu cầu đặt lịch. Không dùng để tư vấn y tế.

## When not to use it

- Do not quote prices, hours or deadlines from memory; read them from https://spa.thenexova.cloud/pricing.md or the pages.
- Do not send a request for someone who has not agreed to share their name and phone number with Lụa Spa.
- Do not call the write endpoints in loops or to test them: each IP is limited to 5 writes per hour.

## Rules

- No credentials: nothing here needs a key, token or login. Never send one. See https://spa.thenexova.cloud/auth.md
- Consent first: send `consent` only after the person has said yes.
- Answer in the person's language (Vietnamese or English).
- Errors under /api are `application/problem+json`; on 422 read `fields`, ask the person, retry. On 429 wait for `Retry-After`.
